Accessibility

Participants who use wheelchairs should contact the Organizing Secretariat for 2nd SIP-adus Workshop on Connected and Automated Driving Systems (sip-adus2015@congre.co.jp) in advance. We will provide information about dedicated parking spaces and elevators.

Lunch

There are no dining facilities inside the venue. There are restaurants in the Telecom Center Building, which is located around 10 minutes by foot from the venue.

FAQs

 1. How do I register to participate?

To participate, you must register via the Registration Page.
Registration may be closed if no more seats are available.
To allow as many people to participate as possible, in some cases the office may ask you to limit the number of participants from a single affiliation with many registrants.

 2. How much does it cost to participate?

There is no charge for participating in workshops.

 3. Can workshop participants take part in the test drives?

The test drives are for invitees only; general participants cannot attend.

 4. Will there be a poster session?

Posters will be displayed in the 3F Foyer on both days: October 27 (Tuesday) and 28 (Wednesday). There will be no oral presentations.

 5. What languages will be used in the workshops?

The workshops will be conducted in English, and some workshops will be conducted in Japanese. Simultaneous interpretation (Japanese/English) will be provided for the sessions held at the International Conference Hall.

 6. Will workshop Presentation materials be distributed?

No Presentation materials will be distributed. Only those materials approved by the speakers will be posted as PDF files to the website on the day following the workshops.

 7. Is there Wi-Fi in the venue?

We apologize, but there is no wireless Internet access.

 8. Can news media participate?

Members of news media may attend. Please pre-register from the pre-registration website under the "Press" category.
Locations are designated for photography, so please refrain from taking pictures in other locations.
Please abide by the instructions from staff members during the event regarding photography.

 9. How many participants will there be?

Last time there were 367 participants, and we expect a similar number this time.

 10. Is eating and drinking permitted in the venue?

Please refrain from eating or drinking in the International Conference Hall and Foyer.
You can eat and drink at the rest spaces in the venue or nearby restaurant facilities.
