Profile

Harald is working for the Cadastre, Land Registry and Mapping Agency (Kadaster in short) for more than a decade. The first three years as manager of a land surveying team and since 2006 as Advisor to the Board of Directors on strategic matters. In his work Harald focusses on strategic knowledge and innovation management, making sense of new trends and developments in relation to Kadaster.
Harald studied Business Science at both the Royal Military Academy and Radboud University of Nijmegen, the Netherlands. Harald started his career as officer in the Royal Netherlands Army in 1990, switching to a civilian career in the late '90s as consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. In 2003 Harald started working at Kadaster.
In the field of 'Automated Driving' Kadaster has special interest in 'Dynamic Map' issues, bringing extended knowledge in geo-data policy, standards, access and supply.
