Profile
An engineer by training, Dr Chin Kian Keong has been involved in the planning, design, implementing and construction of various road and traffic management projects in Singapore, including the Electronic Road Pricing (ERP) system, which started full-scale operations in 1998, and various Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) to better manage traffic. He is now the Group Director, Transportation & Road Operations and concurrently the Chief Engineer, Transportation at Singapore's Land Transport Authority.
